We are overflowing with toxins.

The world we live in now with toxins bombarding us from our food, water, air, environment and even people, is becoming more and more challenging to avoid.

Detox Tip: Power of Vitamin C

Now love your skin and body with some Vitamin C.  This vitamin is essential for good liver health and supporting the skin by fighting off damaging free radicals.  It’s best to get your vitamin C from whole foods like red and green bell peppers, guava, kale, parsley, collard greens, turnips and broccoli.

Need a supplement?  Dr. Mercola makes a mean vitamin C with a ton of research backing his product.  I also love New Chapter products.

Of course don’t forget your cup of warm lemon water first thing in the morning for a perfect combination of vitamin C and detoxification.
